Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre (CSAC)
Some facilities within the centres, such as the gym, may have separate opening times to the overall centre opening times. This means some facilities may not be available, even if the centre itself is still open. We strongly recommend that you check the individual facility pages before your visit.
Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 10pm
Saturdays: 8am to 6pm
Sundays: 8am to 8pm

If it’s your first time in a gym or your hundredth, our gym floor at CSAC is a fantastic training facility for everyone.

On your marks, set, go! Our indoor and outdoor athletics track and field facilities offer a fantastic space to train for a competition or just to practice technique.
Exercise classes kiwi
We run over 100 classes per week including a mix of, cardio, dance, strength, group cycle HIIT, core and mind and body classes.
Sports hall kiwi
Capable of mixed simultaneous use and available for hire on a casual and block booking basis.
Kids activities
We can help keep them active, challenge their mind and wear them out. There’s something for kids of any age to get their teeth into, and even some grown up kids, too.
